Pros
Really chill, management was accommodating of student needs for a period of time but then started enforcing contracts which felt odd as we were paid minimum wage, get to work alone often which is nice

Rules are constantly made up, management can be unprofessional

Encouraging environment for you to learn the nature of the business and the kinds of tasks expected of you. The pay is good for what you are required to do on a daily basis.
Cons
It is a business where a significant portion of the tenants are college students so sometimes you may deal with strange requests or strange events in the strange hours of the night.
