Huge engineer turn over, not a week go's by without an engineer leaving due to stress and being mismanaged. No guidance. Due to lack of management there is no logic to your day, engineers cross on their way to jobs and no thoughts are made to routes, meaning your morning call location may be the same as your last call with a 100 mile journey between. Understaffed, its not unusual to have systems down for weeks as no engineers to attend, when you do you get it in the neck from the customer. Its got worst in the past year, and not because of covid but due to management. Management is not shouting at engineers its about planning.

The senior management have no respect for each other or their staff and don't think legislation applies to them
