Good salary offer in comparison to industry standard.
Cons
Horrible toxic environment created in the kitchen by the most senior chefs. It is a very busy place and stressful enough as it is. The job is advertised as chefs not working more than 48 hours a week and this is rarely the case. The HR person is generally uninterested in anything anyone has to say.
