4 day working week is a fantastic perk. Decent Salary. Mgmt know how to throw a lavish party.
Cons
Horrendus management practices starting with the Co-CEOs. I'm not sure they understand how to treat people. If they did then they'd pay employees on time. Very poor communication practises in place. I actually find out most things from the Founder's posts on Social Media rather than through the company. No office to work in so it's remote work only. Promotions given to the Allan's favourites but conveniently noone else gets promotions. Announced like its x factor at a company party. Not inclusive culture in the company - a trip was given to employees with kids, you couldn't attend the trip to Florida if you don't have children. Nothing for the people who don't have kids, that didn't make me feel very included. Avoid this place like the plague.
