Pros
Vacation and sick leave is only 10 days and after five years you receive an additional two days by default. You may increase these numbers if you negotiate upfront during your hiring stage.
Cons
Senior management does not allow employees to think out of the box. The owner does not provide overall business strategy to the management team. Everyone works in the dark in hopes the project will come together at the end.
