      Pros

      close knit team, subsidiary of Optus now so good development opportunities to transition to other areas.

      Cons

      I cant really think of any except that I spent a lot of time on customer site (where it would have been great to be more present in the office any among the team).

      Was a good cultural environment with friendly people.

      The back office systems and processes were managed by the central Holding company which made it very cumbersome to deliver services effectively.
