Pros

Not much here I have to be brutally honest. The pay is great make your demands because it a rotten place to work. Xmas Bonus & Party I guess. Hours are not bad for fashion industry. The only thing that great there is the Computers I guess

Cons

-Disgusting mice Infested office -the building is disgusting gross lobby, smelly, scary elevators that get stuck. Fire hazard. -takes 10 minutes to get into the elevator because they are small and you have to squeeze with other people that are sweaty in the summer...so gross. Very depressing!!! Also you have to make 20 stops before you get to your floor . It takes 15mintues to get anywhere. Third World like!! -Dirty Office Kitchen but the ladies bathroom is the worst paper on the floor so dirty. No class just filthy -your desk is small dim lighting, factory like! -Entire office is micromanaged but the heads have no clue of what they are doing. Then when things don't work out there is a blame system . -for a designer it's not inspiring you will copy to death and the owner is giving the direction not the head manager , it's a joke!! Only way to keep your job work fast and maintain quiet!! -two face bi polar managers not a healthy environment for no one. Everyone in the entire company works under fears. Cut throat competitive , abusive work environment on every level. Free yourself from Almost Factory!!!!!Do not take a job here unless you will continue to actively look for a new job while you collect a check.

Pros

The hours were great! Everybody in design left work at reasonable hours for a fashion job. However, production worked very LONG hours. I only stayed late a handful of times over the course of my year there. I liked my job very much but the office environment was extremely stressful. I think there are many talented and professional people who work there. But, I found myself having nightmares about the mountains of clothes, dust bunnies, mice, and arguing/anger between personnel. I was able to keep my head down and stay out of the line of fire. If the office itself had been less hostile between departments, the building been more functional/clean and the technology been utilized to increase workflow, I would have stayed for a long time.

Cons

-office is dirty and disorganized -office is over-run by mice -office is open concept which does not work with some of the loud personalities that work there. -open hostility/competition between department heads -constant yelling and arguing literally across the office and work spaces (because its TOO open) -nobody used their desk phones to communicate, they yelled across the office instead. -dysfunctional intercom system to operate the entrance to the design floor. -took months to receive my own entrance key after I started. -terrible building elevator where people often get stuck inside -dirty building in general, very smelly and crowded lobby -clear hostility between design, production and sales instead of working together to make it a better product and work environment. -hard to share work between departments due to hostility -constant water pressure problems and non flushing toilets or no water in sinks. -very poor ventilation in the office. The air was dusty and either too hot or too cold all year long. -separate building for design/production and sales/showrooms = instant resentment and hostility between departments and a less harmonious workflow. -talented people leave after a year or so. -high turnover rate. Too much time wasted training new people who don't stay very long.

Pros

Good pay! some good people, very young environment, extremely inexpert! If you are a recent grad enjoy and run fast!

Cons

Junior division is crazy run by 2 immature ladies that scream all day, don't know how to be professional and are brown nose with the boss. Some other colleagues are good. No direction, no system, no clue what the line is about, just copy and copy or even better remove labels and replace them with their labels.
