      Pay, somewhat flexible yet not so mucj

      Cons

      Horrible treatment. Management plays favourites. They don’t know how to run a company. And apparently they fire people for no good reason. Not to mention they don’t have the decency to tell the employees themselves.

      CEO is non-existent. Brutal environment with no room for collaboration. Lie about their product.

      Not that difficult to learn, super great team formation and leadership. Pay is above average as well! Huge military and medical supporter!

      None, new developments come with challenges though.
