      Pros

      Good people to work with. Chance to play with latest tech. Good architecting & design team. Ideal for starters and non seniors.

      Cons

      The level of engineering skills across company is mediocre, although some individuals' claims are high. No room to grow, friendship is viewed higher than competency; that encourages politics. A silo working mentality with a dangerous 'my solution is this and I don't care about what you gonna say'. Questionable managers in most of the places.

      Potentially it could be a good place with good perspectives. But management completely do not understand what to do with it.

      Cons

      - They think that hire three cheap outsource developers instead of one good but in-house. - They do absolutely nothing to keep professionals. - You can't trust promises.
