Language barriers with some students make for difficult instructing.
Since it is a small facility, some equipment is antiquated an or degraded.
Everyone working at advanced training is friendly and you feel like you are a part of a family, people that truly care about the students.

4 hrs per day for an administrative assistant, sometimes the day does not have a lot of duties, other times, it is over loaded, but I always get the job done, as fast as I can, and make sure that everything is well-organized, and well maintained
