      The work culture is quite flexible and fast-paced, which gives you the freedom to take initiative & is great for early career learning.

      Pros

      1. You can downgrade yourself easily by joining this company 2. You will be amazed after knowing the employer centric approach in every aspect of the company policies 3. You will be abused on company's trip by a founder 4. HR don't even know the basic maths and calculation and he hires the resources for the company ( I got a chance to not even had a telephonic round with her on interview) 5. They never pay the employee salary on time 6. Just satisfy the ego of the founders and you are good to go
