Pros
Strong, cohesive team that communicates and works well together between all departments. Offers remote work. Great project management team
Cons
Constantly evolving processes and procedures, naming conventions, and other facets of the company organization and policies which causes confusion and turmoil. Burnout across the entire company which is recognized and felt by management but with no near-term plans for change or resolution. Not enough staff to keep up with the workload.
