Nothing you can think of.
Cons
Top management think himself as God. No knowledge. Just think that putting more people can finish the job faster. Don't understand the technology. Harsh on employees. Pathetic policy, sandwich leaves common, offer letter is different and once and when you join you are surprised to know about the leave policy, minimal insurance, rarely any benefits, and add a clause of 2 years. Always stressful situation, if you are ready to work like slaves please join otherwise stay away.
