I have been working at Abstrax for over a year now and there are little to no pros about working here. The company will buy lunch for the office every couple of months.

Amazing opportunity for growth. Hires with-in the company. Company is growing quickly. Co-workers and management always willing to help. Quick interview and hiring process. In depth training for your position. Awesome work environment.

There is much room for advancement here and all management encourages you to climb the corporate ladder. There is overtime available but not forced upon you. The staff here is so supportive of each other you look forward to coming into work. It is fast paced so time flies by while you are here

Offer overtime consistently which is a great way to make extra money, can listen to music during the work day, pay is pretty good.

Abstrax is adding new staff everyday as they quickly establish themselves as leaders in the industry. They only promote from within the company, and recognize and reward employees who work hard. There is a lot of excitement surrounding the company, and the management shares both short and long term goals with the employees. The job requires employees to be able to navigate online, and anyone who can adapt to change will thrive. The employees are all friendly and the office environment is fast paced but still casual.

Great communication between staff members and management. They are very encouraging for you to succeed in your role and your accomplishments. We are constantly offered incentives to work hard, and promotions are obtained at your fingertips. I personally work with a team I wouldn't trade for the world. We are ALWAYS helping each other and making the work day/week fly by. They start you at great competitive pay, and again, you choose when you get your next raise. I've really enjoyed my career at Abstrax since I've started in February of this year.

Good benefits, flexible with scheduling, all management having an open door policy, really involved with making sure morale is up.
