      Pros

      -Hand’s off in day to day activities. -great way to get started in DC and access to a clearance -ability to have “supplemental hours” when working overtime

      Cons

      -unclear about work expectations with client -working as a contractor on site means ATSG may not be aware of full scope of work -compensation is not competitive

      Set your own schedule between the hours of 7am to 6pm, no micro-managing, own desk area, business casual attire (within my unit)

      not enough PTO hours accured to make doctors appointments, etc. have to make up hours even in increment weather,

      Besides fantastic benefits and compensation, ATSG Corporation cares deeply about their employees on a personal and professional level. Countless growth opportunities are provided and the willingness/desire to hear employees' voice is the best I have ever seen!
