I joined Asimov robotics 6 months back as an intern and currently I am working as Robotics software engineer. Progress through consistent practice and learning that's how I can define the work life at Asimov Consistent support was given to explore and learn the latest technologies. Since from the beginning Continues motivation was there from the side of management in terms of appraisal in my salary based on my performance (Calculated based credit score system) on time.
Cons
Over flexibility in work timing and location for employees that at times it becomes difficult to carry out team work
