Work / life balance is optional. Benefits are abysmal and incredibly expensive, company cover 10% of costs max, Single = $300 a month / Family $600 to $1k a month out of pocket. Intense micromanagement at every level. ZERO growth or salary negotiation, you agree or terminate employment. HR response time is 1 to 4 weeks on avg, has been longer. Dangerous overturn rate and minimal if any hiring over the last 2 years. ZERO regard for employee issues during pandemic, likely due a shortage of management.
