      Pros

      Unlimited earnings and decent commission if you are good at sales. Excellent career progression opportunities with a "work hard, play hard culture".

      Cons

      Very long days, often required to work six days a week and hard to have a relationship with anyone outside work because of this. Most of the people I worked with had a gf/bf when they started, but most ended up single after just a couple of months. In fact, the only relationships that seemed to last were those who were formed in work. Also, all positions are commission only and you have to look after your own tax affairs as you are technically self-employed.

      Pros

      The morning started off with loud chants within the group, goals for the day, key things to remember when successfully completing a sale, and a vibrant manager giving a motivating speech for the day. That was pretty much the best part of the job. The people were cool, office was always playing music.

      Cons

      The job is definitely not for everyone, including me. Its a door to door sale job sometimes (at events or shops) and your are basically working as a fundraiser to raise money for a certain charity. Although it is for a good cause, the pay was under minimum wage if you didn't have any sales for the day, and you'd be out from 12 till the sun goes down, even later if you still were pushing for at least one sale. At the end of the day, the work to pay ratio wasn't worth it to me. Probably why there was such high turnover there. However, there were a few people that did well, but majority did about 1-2 sometimes 3 sales a day if sales were made.
