- good benefits - great people to work with - good pay with overtimes
Cons
- VERY POOR management - People who haven’t earned it gets promoted. - regular technicians who become acting line leads but never gets recognized nor compensated. - crazy 12hr continental rotation schedule.

Cons
If you’re single and live w your parents, go for it. If you have a family, you’re gna be broke. Salary is not enough to support anyone else w the rising cost of living.
