- The founder itself don't want to invest for the company's benefits.
- Most of us are underpaid. Small budget, but hard labour.
- Management not so open minded about changes for good. Don't even want to try and adapt nowadays demand for Hybrid work arrangement.
- Just gave a bare minimum salary package, nothing special. Salary on-time so far.
- Manual everything. From leaves application to calculate your salary and track your leaves, all manual. Hence, there will be human error for sure.
- Too many verbal promises, don't trust it until it is written or have black and white.
- Where is the hybrid arrangement that we're planning earlier? Withdrawn? Ughh..
- More clients, more requirements, less productivity, less quality, less efficient, can't even deliver at the end. Then blame TA & AM.
