      Pros

      Software was fine when you got used to working around sudden changes and glitches.

      Cons

      - Lack of opportunity for growth, work spread unevenly among staff. - Too few staff. The resulting stress can cause friction between teams. - Bro culture. - Weak management who enable same gross characters to repeatedly bully and prey on staff. - Out of touch management eg pompous and tone-deaf 'critiques' of staff WFH set ups during Covid.

      Large medium sized AMP licensed practice that had services of mortgage broking, accounting, financial services. People there generally good

      Cons

      Senior Investment Associate difficult to work with as he did not promote work life balance. Very focused on numbers for his own promotion, worked staff to the ground. Pay below market standards
