Salary only, and they make you work more than 40 hrs a week making it a better deal for them rather than you. You must be willing to put family and your own well being aside for the CEO. Mandatory on call 24/7 Skeleton crew for a major company. They lied to companies they tried to convince to buy their services. Nonexistent training. Early hours and long nights. Forced to make out of date equipment run new software (ie win7 machines made to run windows 10) They shame you for daring to take a lunch break Its all cons, AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS
