Flexible job. Relatively competitive pay. There are a few good people working here, but they're unwilling to force the right decisions throughout the company.
Cons
After being given all the right answers in the interview, I began working there to discover little to no company infrastructure and almost nothing in the way of documentation for the sites I was to be working. The company believes that they'll grow and thrive, but without anyone taking a leadership role when it comes to proper management of information they won't be able to grow their employee base at all. They also seem to have no issue with their clients not caring about infrastructure management and not caring about more than what money is being spent immediately today. Any suggestions about how to make things better for individuals on client sites or about creating actual processes is met at the management level first with disinterest then a rejection.
