      Pros

      Beautiful work environment. Very helpful team. Monthly reward. Challenging Front Desk. Meeting famous people. Town is a very nice tourist attraction. Famous for skiing.

      Cons

      Little charge for staff accommodation. You can’t really change flatmate. Rotating shift, working until late. Very high demanding guests to deal with.
