Great benefits Remote work Some of the coworkers are nice and support more than team lead and manager
Cons
Management and team Not included in the interact culture and events Low pay Discouraged to talk to HR and HR doesn’t really help Manager can get easily irrirated and might lash out Minimal support from team lead and manager Toxic environment if ever on the manager’s raider and they might retaliate. For example,Will write you up for every single thing until you lose it and want to quit. And HR will not help you at all

Pros
A lot of the people I got the chance to work with were smart and worked hard. Sadly, those people began to leave after the Interac acquisition.
Cons
Newly introduced management (after the acquisition) always talking vaguely about "exciting things coming down the pipeline". It was soon realized that these were words, and nothing more.
