Pros

The role provided a good opportunity to learn practical aspects of digital marketing. I gained exposure to SEO tasks and also worked on performance marketing activities, which helped me understand campaign management and digital advertising. Working on real projects helped me understand how digital marketing works in a professional environment and improved my practical skills.

Cons

At times the workload could be challenging and the training process was not always very structured. More clear guidance and better communication would help new employees understand tasks more easily.

Cons

Workload can become demanding during high activity periods. Some processes between sales, project management, and design teams can be improved to reduce delays and improve overall efficiency
