Job Summary:

The General Manager is a lead member of the management team who will oversee all warehouse duties; assist with the hiring and training of warehouse team members; and manage the organizational processes to improve the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the warehouse and team. The ideal General Manager will be dedicated to providing excellent customer service in an efficient and safe environment. The General Manager will develop key operating systems, oversee inventory management, and maintain labor expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site P&L, contributing to financial forecasting, cost control, and revenue-generating activities while reporting on financial and operational health
• Oversee facility maintenance and asset management, ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and operationally sound.
• Support company-wide initiatives, including new program launches, tech rollouts, or site expansions, with strong project execution and change management.
• Oversee facility staffing initiatives by guiding the ops managers through the recruiting, hiring, and training of team members.
• Set directions and goals for the operations of the warehouse with strategic planning; create action plans; improve productivity, quality control, and customer service standards; troubleshoot issues.
• Work with the Leadership team to prepare annual budgets, facility targets, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operating systems by determining product handling procedures, storage requirements, and shipping/ receiving processes.
• Continue to improve job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, networking events, and staying current with related professional publications.
• Manage all department managers, team leads, and team members - compensation, hours, schedules, absences, etc.
• Communicate all operating policies and/ or issues to appropriate managers and team members.
• Gather and review data to communicate opportunities and issues to the leadership team.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 5+ years experience as a Manager - Preferred
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Highly Organized with attention to detail
• Proven communication and time management skills
• Ability to be on your feet all day and work in extreme temperatures
• Requires a high level of physical activity
• Being bilingual is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and stoop for extended periods (10 to 12 hour shifts).
• Occasionally climbing ladders and step stools.
• Manual dexterity to operate setup tools and equipment.
• Must be physically able to work in varying environmental conditions (hot/cold).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
