The process was time intensive but felt well defined and appropriate to the job role. The company provided feedback afterward which was appreciated but the feedback they gave left me with the impression that they are more interested in winning the same kind of business they already have again and again rather than exploring new use cases and verticals. In retrospect it seems like the team I was presenting to at what3words did not understand the use case because they do not understand the vertical I chose. If you have a similar interview with them, keep it simple and present something they have seen 100 times. They are looking for cheerleaders to repeat company talking points not creative thinkers.

Great process, good quick communication, reasonable questions, a good balance of learning about the company and having the chance to share info about myself. A mixture of video calls and a final stage in-person presentation.
