The interview process started with groups of 3 or 4 potential candidates, having them play shortened versions of the games vrCAVE has made and work together as a team.
This allowed them to look at the interpersonal characteristics of each candidate, their leadership capabilities, and see how familiar everyone was with the hardware and software.
Afterwards, people split up into individual 1 on 1 chats with the hiring manager, going over standard questions related to the role.
