I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Mar 2024
Interview
I had my first interview through Teams where I was presented to the company and the interviewer, which was really nice. After i had time to present myself, answer to some good questions and in the end ask the things I doubted. The second interview took place at the campus which gave me a good image on the workplace as well as the workers since the interviewers were very nice people. I repeated some of the things I said previously but I could also hear that the notes that has been taken on my first interview has been read,
I applied through university. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in May 2026
Interview
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
