Interview
During the interview, I was presenting a project that I had to prepare in order to showcase my competencies. From the beginning, I felt welcome as I was offered a cup of coffee and greeted with a smile. Everyone involved in the interview process was very polite and friendly. After the presentation, there was time for questions about my project and experience, however the transition felt natural and I perceived it more as a conversation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, during which I had a possibility to share my passion for web development and get to know The LEGO Group.

As I was an internal applicant, I knew the team that I was joining. They were very approachable and nice, but kept it professional and asked technical questions, and about how I handled different situations. For my third round, I was asked to complete a case and present it.
