I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
Took approximately one month from application to offer.
Three interviews; first with recruiter, secondly with leader and finally with recruiter, leader and other team members.
Overall good process - maybe one interview could be cut off.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about how I'd refactor my folder structure to become more concise and readable
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made
When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.
I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
