I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in May 2022
Interview
It was online, but it went really great. I liked that my brickmate and my boss were sitting at the same computer. They wanted to hear much about me and who I am and not how my grades are and so on.

Question 1
What are your hobbies?
How to you work in a team?
If you have a bad day, how will that effect you?
It was a one hour description of experience relevant to position. Then a further elaboration of the process and inquiry on possible ways to contribute. Some example scenarios and how I'd problem solve in them.
I applied through university. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in May 2026
Interview
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
