Absolutely brilliant process! Lego were kind and caring throughout. I was made to feel at ease and given all the information I needed, when I needed it. A very minor thing, which confused me, was I did have different people contacting me for different things and wasn't sure who they were. Maybe have clear role titles in emails without the use of acronyms (BSO or PO&D don't mean anything outside the organisation and found it in contracts and other docs - not a showstopper!).
