I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (West Hartford, CT) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was like a walk-in interview. I came in and they asked me basically about what's my favorite thing about customer service, and a couple of other things I don't remember. It was pretty chill and laid back basically and they ask you what your favorite lego set is.

Interview
Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
