Through questions like this, interviewers are mostly trying to test your skillset (and its relevance to the role) as robustly as possible, so be prepared for multiple offshoots and followups. "Planner." I elaborated with personal and professional examples. The follow up question was "what do you do when things don't go to plan?" I didn't have a specific example, but explained that unplanned events are quite common, and you simply must adjust. Less
