The interview included a mock on site interview in which you have to go through the survey as if you were the on field interviewer. If you state that you are bi-lingual you have to also do it in Spanish. The interviewer will try to trick you with answers that are vague and unclear and you have to try to probe for clearer answers. Overall everything is covered in the manual that they give you before hand.
