Was given a take home assignment to complete and submit as a Jupyter notebook. There was a contact given for any questions but any queries directed to them were not responded to. Due to a lack of clarity the approach taken to complete the challenge wasn't quite what was expected. This was mentioned when feedback was finally received after submitting the challenge. I asked what the expected approach was but once again received no response. I hope this sort of lack of communication and feedback is isolated only to this specific individual and is not indicative of the work culture there but in any case it left a bad impression.
