Be prepared for heavy workload tasks with little feedback or recognition. The focus is not on your skills but on how your project might benefit them.
Initial Task (3 days deadline):
Asked to develop a complete, production-ready application from scratch (frontend, backend, testing). The task resembled a startup-level project with full business logic and a user-friendly design. I invested approximately 50 hours to deliver a basic version of the product.
The interview felt impersonal; they showed little interest in my background or skills. Interviewers did not review my code or understand my implementation. They watched the video and the image you send with your task.
Third Round (Technical/Business Discussion):
Still no discussion of the technical aspects of my submitted task.
They focus on the business logic issue in my task.
It seemed like candidates were being used to solve internal project issues rather than being properly evaluated.
Interviewers did not value technical effort or candidate background.
