I showed up early to my interview, and I was interviewed right then and there at the cash register in front of a cashier. The interview was probably 5 minutes and just asked me generic questions, then asked if I had any questions, and that was about it.
I showed up 10 minutes early to check in, and the manager interviewing me decided to interview me there at the cashier counter with her clipboard. She just asked me a few general questions about my work history and when I was available, and then reminded me of what my general responsibilities would be as an associate. At the end, she asked me if I had any questions.
It was a few simple straight forward questions, asked about things such as cleaning tasks, communication skills, and if I had any prior experience with retail. Also asked about availability and how well my time management skills are
