After being contacted by a recruitment agency months before an actual interview (apparently, rStar was not ready to begin interviewing for two months). What followed was two extremely casual, unprofessional interviews. The first with the "practice lead" the second with VP level employees. In both cases, the interviewers seem utterly unprepared. The second one, which included two VP-level employees, had the two off-camera, while I was the only attendee sharing my video. Their questions were basic and in no way adjusted for my prior responses.
I would caution anyone who is asked to interview here to not consider this company as an option. If the interview process is any indication, rStar would not be a pleasant place to work, unprofessional, people last kind of environment.
