      Interview

      1. Phone interview some basic questions 2. Discuss technical skills with lead developer 3. Discuss contract with team lead Application and Resume Review: Submit your application, resume, and possibly a cover letter through the company's application portal. The company's HR or recruitment team will review your documents to determine if you're a potential fit for the role. Initial Phone/Video Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you might have an initial phone or video call with a recruiter. This is usually a brief conversation to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role. Technical/Behavioral Interviews: Depending on the role, you might have one or more rounds of interviews. These could include technical interviews to assess your skills and knowledge relevant to the role, as well as behavioral interviews to understand your work style, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. Technical Assessment: Some companies require candidates to complete technical assessments, coding challenges, or assignments that demonstrate your practical skills. These assessments might be completed at home or during an on-site interview. On-Site or Virtual Interviews: If you progress further, you might be invited for on-site interviews at the company's office or virtual interviews via video calls. This could involve meeting with various team members, managers, and potentially even the leadership. Case Studies/Presentations: For certain roles, you might be asked to prepare and present case studies, projects, or presentations that showcase your problem-solving abilities, analysis skills, and domain knowledge. Final Interview and Offer: The final interview might involve discussions about compensation, benefits, and any remaining questions from both sides. If the company is satisfied with your performance throughout the process, they might extend a formal job offer. Reference Checks and Background Verification: After accepting the offer, the company might contact your references to gather more insights about your work history and performance. They may also conduct background checks. Offer Acceptance and Onboarding: Once reference checks and background verification are complete, you'll receive a formal offer letter. Upon acceptance, you'll start the onboarding process, which may include paperwork, orientation, and introductions to your team.
