How long have you worked in the industry?
I was asked to rate and/or describe my previous bosses/managers which is an acceptable question but they interviewer kept asking more and more questions after the initial question; really looking for situations and ability to work together.
"If an issue arises with another team member, do you handle this situation yourself, or go get a team lead or supervisor to intervene?"
They asked my name twice.
