I applied to Nnamu through their online application process and was invited for an initial 30-minute screening interview that included technical questions. After that, I was asked to complete an online assessment. I completed the assessment successfully and passed all the test cases. However, after submitting the test, I received no feedback or update from the company. Despite waiting and following up, there was no proper communication or closure regarding my application status. The lack of response after investing time and effort into the assessment was disappointing and unprofessional. Candidates deserve transparency and basic communication, especially after completing technical evaluations. Based on my experience, I would advise applicants to be cautious about investing significant time in this process.
