I have been interviewed by 2 top management person but does not found it more relevant or doesnot found it more appropriate to the profile. They just asked about my past experience and normal 1-2 question

We had two rounds of interview with Sales and Category team. Felt like having a conversation with a senior and the team was so- friendly
Had discussions regarding various concepts, ideologies and my expectations
Overall the experience was really good

Office is not that good as company is much into operational than corporate. Profile doesnt seems to be stable and HR doesnt know how to follow the process post calling a candidate
