I had two friends working at lululemon and they told me I should apply. I went online and filled out the application, which had a lot of fun and unique questions which was very enjoyable. I got a call to attempt a group interview where there were 5-6 others and two managers (the SM and a key leader) for the interview. They asked some questions that if you wanted to answer you could and some questions where everyone had to answer. After that interview I got a call a few days later from the ASM asking to meet up for a follow up interview. After that interview I got a call a few days later saying they wanted me to be part of their team and I haven't looked back since.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
