I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Sydney)
Interview
They invited me to the store to interview with two employees. It was very informal and there were only a few other applicants interviewing at the same time. We just had a conversation all together asking about why we want to work there, our personalities, and past work experience. They asked us questions and we just went around one at a time and answered it. Not a nightmare for introverted people like I was expecting. They mentioned that they weren't necessarily looking for employees with past retail experience and instead for someone who's a great fit for the company. I left feeling like it went pretty well, but also wondered how much they really got to know any of the applicants, even though it was almost an hour long interview.
