I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at lululemon in Nov 2012
Interview
Applied online, went into the store the next day to tell them I had applied online. She told me they were having group interview tomorrow and to come. She also said because I had applied online I didn't need to bring anything. Came in the next day, was the only one that showed up for group interview. Met with manager and assistant manager, they basically gave me the run down on what the job would entail. They were super nice. They asked if i would like to stay for the Yoga class right after that was in store. I did, figured no big. They did seem like they really wanted me to attend...in a nice way, not pushy at all.
At end of class, chatted a bit more and they said would call tomorrow.
The manager called the next day and offered me the position.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
