Applied online. Received an email 2 days later to set up a phone call. Arranged a phone call the next day to "chat" and was asked a couple questions (i.e. Why lululemon? What's your goal a year from now? What is a strength or weakness?). After the questions I was asked to come in for a group interview the following week. There was 7 of us being interviewed with 4 people from their team present. There was an introduction/icebreaker, round table questions, questions where only 3-4 people volunteer an answer. My advice is to be YOU, don't be intimidated by someone else's answer, and it's ok if someone said what you said and just add on to it. I chose to wear almost all Lululemon (I wasn't the only one) while others dressed business casual. Wear what you feel best in. We were told to choose time slots for a one on one interview being held throughout the rest of the week (I assumed a one on one was part of the procedure). Later on in the day I received a call saying they would like to have me back for a one on one? I went to my one on one (for the time slot I had chosen) and was asked a series of expected questions similar to what was on the application. I was told I would know within the next week what their decision would be. Received a call 2 days later with an offer!
