I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at lululemon (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had applied online to several store locations. I decided to call in to each store and ask for the hiring managers name in order to have a proper contact for the cover letter. The manager was the one who answered the phone and invited me to the group interview scheduled for the upcoming week.
I went into the group interview and there were four other applicants. We sat on yoga mats while the two current employees asked us a round of questions.
I received a call back to do a second interview. This was a 1:1 with the store manager.
